Experience

Adv. Sedupane has produced expert legal opinions to various institutions on matters concerning disputes over employment contracts.  He has assisted clients by drafting notices, heads of argument and affidavits on applications to the Labour Court.  He assisted clients on drafting applications to rescind judgments against them.

During his employment at the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) not only did he focus on complaints, he also provided legal adviser and opinion on the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA).  He also provided extensive training on the PAIA and the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act to both the private sector and public sector, e.g. municipalities in various provinces, employees of the North West Legislature; and employees from other structures such as ABSA.
